Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

Clean Attire offers professional cleaning, laundry, and garment care services as detailed in our service agreement. Services may vary based on the client’s location and specific needs.

2. Payment Terms

Payments for all services provided are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, cash, checks or any other method explicitly agreed upon. A late fee of 25% of the invoice total may be applied to unpaid invoices after 3 business days.

3. Invoices and Billing

Clients will receive an invoice detailing services rendered and the associated costs. Any discrepancies in the invoice must be reported within 24 hours of pickup time. Clients are responsible for ensuring their billing information is accurate and up to date.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling


Clients can cancel or reschedule services 4 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring a cancellation fee. If a client cancels or reschedules with less than 4 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 25% of the invoice total may apply. Clean Attire reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the client.

5. Liability


Clean Attire is committed to handling all items with care. However, Clean Attire is not liable for damage or loss due to: Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or defects in the item(s).Items that are not cleaned or cared for per the client’s instructions. The client is responsible for ensuring that items provided for cleaning do not contain any hazardous materials, or dangerous substances. Clean Attire reserves the right to refuse service for items that may pose a safety risk.

6. Confidentiality

Clean Attire agrees to maintain the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose such information without client consent, except as required by law.


7. Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, designs, trademarks, and content provided by Clean Attire remain the exclusive property of Clean Attire. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use the intellectual property of Clean Attire without prior written consent.

8. Privacy Policy

Clean Attire respects the privacy of our clients and complies with applicable privacy laws regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal data. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments

Clean Attire reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.


10. Dispute Resolution


In the event of a dispute between Clean Attire and the client, we encourage direct communication to resolve the matter.

11. Force Majeure


Clean Attire will not be liable for any delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or other unforeseen events.


12. Termination

Clean Attire reserves the right to terminate the provision of services at any time if the client violates any of the terms listed herein or fails to comply with payment obligations. The client may terminate services but subject to any cancellation fees outlined in these terms.
